On my way to CMEP (and photo of the day)

Well, my good friend Paul and I are headed to the Churches for Middle East Peace conference at Gallaudet University here in Washington, DC. I’m hoping they’ll have wireless internet there so I can..uh…”blog” about it from the inside. I’m curious to see what this conference is like, my impression of CMEP has always been that it’s a bit middle-of-the-road and tame for me, but we’ll see–I’ll give it a fair hearing, and let you know what’s up.

In the meantime, I owe you some pictures of the day, which will be related to my last several posts:

Remind me again who needs to abandon violence? Qalandia checkpoint again, this time the picture is mine.
